CRAWFORD COUNTY LAND REUTILIZATION CORPORATION MINUTES APRIL 8, 2026

Called to order by Steve Reinhard (Chair) at 3:03 PM

Attending : Barb McCullough, Jennifer Kuns, Steve Reinhard, Tim Ley, Tommy Starner, Eric Baldinger, Larry Schmidt.

Visitors : Landyn Hill (City of Bucyrus), Mayor Linda Pitt (Crestline), Ashleah Weisenstein (Partnership)

Motion to approve March meeting minutes: Eric Baldinger, Second : Tim Ley, motion carried.

Motion to accept the financial report: Jennifer Kuns, Second: Tommy Starner, motion carried.

Motion to approve bills for payment: Eric Baldinger, Second: Tim Ley, motion carried.

Monthly bank reconciliation presented, read, and initialed.

Old Business: Manzo Surgener properties are proceding, taxes are in the process of being certified.

Land Bank’s new laptop computer encountering software update issues and hopefully resolved by the next meeting.

Jess Fab completed Phase I and Phase II, received final invoice from Burgess and Niple.

Looking for suggestions for Phoenix Project II , There is an application form available.

New Business: 2026 Demo Grant $ 230,000. First project application is due by May 1, 2026.

Due to the readiness of the Old Bucyrus YMCA demolition project, a motion was made by Jennifer Kuns, Second: Eric Baldinger with Tommy Starner abstaining, motion carried and the Bucyrus YMCA demolition will be the project submitted under the grant.

Clay St. clean up project will be considered for other funding.

DTAC fund gained $500,000 due to payment from Rover Pipeline.

Next meeting: 3PM May 13, 2026 112 E. Mansfield St. Suite 207, Bucyrus Ohio.
