CRAWFORD COUNTY LAND REUTILIZATION CORPORATION MINUTES MARCH 11, 2026

Call to order: Steve Reinhard at 3:08 pm.

Roll call: Jennifer Kuns, Barb McCullough, Steve Reinhard, Eric Baldinger, Tim Ley, Larry Schmidt,
(absent) Tommy Starner.

Visitors: Landyn Hill, Ashlea Weisenstein.

Motion to approve February meeting minutes: Eric Baldinger, second: Tim Ley motion passed.

Motion to approve financial report: Eric Baldinger, second: Larry Schmidt motion passed.

Motion to approve bills for payment: Jennifer Kuns, second: Tim Ley motion passed.

Monthly bank reconciliation presented to the board for reading.

Old business: Manzo Surgener properties making progress toward foreclosure and forfeiture.

2026 Demo Grant: Progressing, following up with D.O.D. Projects due May 1 2026, as of 3/11/2026 no projects have been submitted.

Purchased laptop is in house and software is in the process of being installed.

Motion to sell 504 S. Union St. Galion to Erin Evatt of Galion for $225 to use as a garden: Eric Baldinger, second: Jennifer Kuns motion passed.

New Business: Contract services with Treasurer’s Office expiring 4/30/2026. Motion to approve a new contract: Tim Ley, second Eric Baldinger motion passed.

Jackson Twp. request for demolition funds and discussions and suggestions for City demos/cleanups.

Next meeting: Wednesday April 8th ,3PM, 112 E. Mansfield St. Suite 207, Bucyrus Ohio.
