Call to order: 3:02 pm Jennifer Kuns , Vice-Chair.

Roll call: Jennifer Kuns, Barb McCullough ,Tommy Starner, Tim Ley, Eric Baldinger, Larry Schmidt, Steve
Reinhard ( excused ).

Visitors : Ashley Weisenstein from the Crawford Partnership.

Minutes from 1/14/2026 : Motion: Eric Baldinger Second: Tommy Starner motion carried.

Approve financial report : Motion Tommy Starner, Second: Tim Ley motion carried.

Approve bills for payment: Motion: Eric Baldinger, Second: Tommy Starner motion carried.

Monthly bank reconciliation presented, read and approved.

Old business: Discussion on Surgener properties on going , 2026 Demo grant still in progress.

Motion to approve $984.59 for laptop computer for Treasurer, Land Bank use. Motion: Tim Ley, Second
Larry Schmidt motion carried.

New business:

• 504 S. Union St. Galion, resident made application, tabled for now pending further discussions. No decisions made.


• 551 S. Union St. Galion, to be transferred to new owner.


• 2025 Financial Statement is be prepared by Julian and Grube.


• 710 Clay St. Galion, discussion to help with clean up costs of this property and possibly other projects with in the county. No decisions made.
