CRAWFORD COUNTY LAND REUTILIZATION CORPORATION MINUTES JANUARY 14, 2026

Meeting called to order by Steve Reinhard (Chair)

Present at roll call : Barb McCullough, Jennifer Kuns, Tommy Starner, Tim Ley, Eric Baldinger, Steve
Reinhard, Larry Schmidt.

Guests: Landyn Hill

Minutes from Nov. 20th 2026 meeting approval Motion: Eric Baldinger , Second: Tim Ley, Jennifer Kuns
abstained, motion carried.

December 17th meeting was cancelled.

Approval of the finance report Motion: Jennifer Kuns, Second: Tommy Starner, motion carried.

Bills approved for payment: Motion: Eric Baldinger, Second: Larry Schmidt, motion carried.

Monthly bank reconciliation presented and read by the board.

Old and unfinished business: 343 S. East St. requesting a 3 mo. Extension. 126 S Kibler, Land Bank applied for a $1,000,000 remediation grant. 636 S. Center St.: deeds prepared, transfer to Village of New Washington and Mosier, pending.

The Land Bank has also applied for a grant for demo site revitalization of $280,000

New business: Officers elected for 2026 were Steve Reinhard as chairman and Larry Schmidt as
secretary.

Ethics policy signed for 2026 by members of the board.

A discussion about the properties owned by the late Manzo Surgener going through a Sheriff’s Sale.

The next Land Bank Meeting: 02/11/2026 at 3pm Commissioners Conference Room.

Motion to adjourn: Tim Ley, Second Eric Baldinger. Meeting adjourned at 3:50pm.
