636 S. Center LLC.: A company is interested in a purchase of the site, discussions on-going.
710 Clay St.: Deeded to the City of Galion
343 S. East St.: Still testing and assessing soil samples.
126 S. Kibler: Continued testing and evaluation of site.
1079 Poe Rd.: Park District project completed $22,500.
Motion to add Crawford County Treasurer Steve Reinhard to Director and chairman of CCLRC.

As specified in section 3.2.0.0 of the CCLRC's Code of Regulations, each Statutory Director's
term shall run concurrently with the terms of his/her office. As the County Treasurer is a Statutory
Director ( in accordance with ORC1724.03(B) ) and Steve Reinhard is now the Treasurer, he is now a
Statutory Director of the Land Bank. Section 9.5.0.0 of the CCLRC's Code of Regulations states all checks
shall be signed by (2) of the (3) Statutory Board Members. As such, Steve Reinhard should be added to all accounts and signature cards with CCLRC's current bank, Park National Bank.

Approve 2026 Budget including purchase of laptop computer Windows 11: motion Eric Baldinger,

Beginning with January meeting CCRLRC will meet on second Wednesday of each month 1/14/2026.
