CRAWFORD COUNTY LAND REUTILIZATION CORPORATION MINUTES FOR AUGUST 27, 2025

In her final meeting as chair, Cindy Edwards called the meeting to order at 3:02 PM

Approval of July 30,2025 Minutes: Tim Ley, second Eric Baldinger (passed)

Approval of Financial Report: Eric Baldinger, second Tommy Starner (passed)

Approval of Bills for Payment: Jennifer Kuns, second Eric Baldinger (passed)

Presentation and approval of monthly bank reconciliation

Old/ unfinished business: Updates
504 S. Union, Galion: No updates
636 S. Center LLC, New Washington: Will proceed to Auditors Sale 9/10/2025
710 Clay St., Galion: Resolution from Galion City Council requesting Deed
343 East St., Galion: Samples from a 10Ft. test well found high levels of contaminant Chromium 6 further testing may be required.
126 S. Kibler, New Washington: Soil test back, waiting for water and vapor tests to come back, found some high levels of lead in soil, possibly in the fill, may need second round of sampling.
1079 Poe Rd.: Utilities and asbestos abated, 10 days on demolition.

New Business: Discussion only, No decisions.
Motion to add Treasurer Elect Steve Reinard as a signer was tabled to allow for clarifications, will review the by-laws and minutes.
