CRAWFORD COUNTY LAND REUTILIZATION CORPORATION MINUTES June 25, 2025

Call to order: Chairperson Cindy Edwards 3:00 PM. 

Present: Cindy Edwards, Barb McCullough, Jennifer Kuns, Eric Baldinger, Tommy Starner. 

Guests: Crawford Park District Commissioners: Jan Maddy, Kyle Hartman, Dave Rowland and director Cole Potts, Landyn Hill, City of Bucyrus. 

Motion to approve 5-21-2025 minutes: Jenifer Kuns, second, Larry Schmidt; voted and passed. 

Motion to accept financial report: Tommy Starner, second Eric Baldinger. voted and passed. 

Motion to approve bills for payment: Jenifer Kuns, second Tommy Starner. voted and passed. 

Presentation and approval of monthly bank reconciliation. 

Old/unfinished business: 1079 Poe Rd.: authorize up to $25,000 in reimbursement to Park District for GMC demo, and asbestos remediation. Motion: Eric Baldinger, second Larry Schmidt, voted and passed. 

504 S. Union, Galion report that neighbors are encroaching on property with firewood, fire-pit furniture 

City of Galion will help with clean up and prepare for sale. 

636 South Center New Washington Phase 1 is done waiting on results 

710 Clay St. Galion, Phase 1 completed, waiting on Galion City Council decision. 

343 S. East St. Galion aka. Jess Fab. Phase 1 done, cleanup done, phase 2 started. 

126 S. Kibler aka. Hiler Gas Station. Demo completed, tanks removed, filing documents to remove liens. 

Grant extensions: verbal waiting on revised agreements. 

$95,620 in demo reimbursement in process not yet received. 

No new business
