Crawford County Land Reutilization Corporation minutes

Chairwoman Cindy Edwards called the meeting to order at 3pm In attendance were Cindy Edwards, Barb McCullough, Jennifer Kuns, Eric Baldinger, Jeff Reser, Tim Ley, John Rostash, Doug Weisenauer and Erin Stine.

The Minutes of the August 24th meeting was distributed for review. Tim Ley moved with a second by Eric Baldinger to approve the minutes, motion carried.

The financial report was distributed for review. Doug Weisenauer moved with a second by Jeff Reser to approve the financial report, motion passed.

The bills to be paid were reviewed. Doug Weisenauer moved with a second by Eric Baldinger to pay the bills, motion passed.

The Bank Reconciliation report was presented for board members signatures.

Old Business
ODOD grant continues to need further information by Burgess and Niple, Russ long continues to work on documents.

New Business
There will be an Auditors Sale on October 21st. The Land Bank can act as a conduit to get properties through the system faster.

Potential future projects were discussed with no decisions made. John Rostash will check on zoning for one of the properties.

Tim Ley moved with a second by Doug Weisenauer to adjourn, motion passed.
