August 3, 2022 Meeting Minutes

Crawford County Land Reutilization Corporation minutes August 3, 2022

Chairwoman Cindy Edwards called the meeting to order at 3pm.

In attendance were Eric Baldinger, Jennifer Kuns, Cindy Edwards, Barb McCullough, Doug Weisenauer, John Rostash for Bucyrus and commissioner alternate Larry Schmidt.

Guest present was Sarah Herrle with Economic Development.

The minutes from the July 13th meeting was distributed for review. Eric Baldinger moved with a second by John Rostash to approve the minutes, motion passed with Jennifer Kuns abstaining.

The financial report was distributed for review. Doug Weisenauer moved with a second by Jennifer Kuns to approve the financial report, motion passed.

The bills to be paid were presented. Doug Weisenauer moved with a second by Eric Baldinger to pay the bills, motion passed.

The Bank reconciliation reports were distributed for board member signatures.

Old Business;

Manager Barb McCullough gave a brief update on the project bid documents for the properties that will be demolished with the ODOD grant.

New Business;

Another grant application was received for Galion properties that Eric Baldinger will look at and discuss with Galion Administration.

Part one projects agreement was presented for discussion. It described the expectations for each entity involved in each project. Doug Weisenauer moved with a second by Eric Baldinger to accept the document plan, motion passed.

Various properties were discussed for future projects.

Doug Weisenauer moved with a second by Eric Baldinger to adjourn, motion passed.

Next meeting will be August 24th.
