Crawford County Land Reutilization Corporation minutes August 25, 2021 

The meeting was called to order at 3pm by Chairwoman Cindy Edwards 

Present were Cindy Edwards, Barb McCullough, Jennifer Kuns, Kevin Myers, Bob Johnston, Landyn Hill, John Rostash, Doug Weisenauer, and Eric Baldinger. 

The minutes from the June 23rd meeting was distributed for review. Kevin Myers moved with a second by Doug Weisenauer to approve the minutes, motion passed. 

The financial report was distributed for review. Doug Weisenauer moved with a second by Kevin Myers to approve the financial report, motion passed. 

The budget was discussed and Kevin Myers moved with a second by Bob Johnston to amend the budget to increase the property maintenance line to $2,500.00 to cover increased mowing expenses, motion passed. 

The bill to be paid were presented for review. Doug Weisenauer moved with a second by Kevin Myers to pay the bills, motion passed. 

The Bank reconciliation reports were signed by the board members. 

Properties were discussed for board action; 

One on Woodlawn street in Bucyrus, no action taken. 

A property on Rail Road Street in Galion with no action taken. 

Property at 217 West Mansfield Street in Bucyrus, Jennifer Kuns moved with a second by Doug Weisenauer to sell the property to TIG Management for $650.00, motion passed with Kevin Myers abstained from voting. 

975 Allen Street Kevin Myers moved with a second by Jennifer Kuns to sell this property to Javen property, motion passed. 

205 Dudley is owned by US Bank, Kevin Myers moved with a second by Doug Weisenauer to give Barb McCullough the discretion to inspect the property and decide to receive the property from US Bank and consider turning it over to Habitat for Humanity for renovation, motion passed. 

The Rivers Edge Mobile Home Park in Bucyrus is under consideration with further information needed but the land Bank does not wish to consider taking possession at this time. 

The next meeting will be October 27th. 

Doug Weisenauer moved with a second by Bob Johnston to adjourn motion passed.
