February 24, 2021 Meeting Minutes

Crawford County Land Reutilization Corporation minutes February 24, 2021

The meeting was called to order at 3pm via conference call by Chairwoman Cindy Edwards.
Present on the call were members Cindy Edwards, Jennifer Kuns, Bob Johnston, Jeff Reser, Tim Ley, Doug Weisenauer and manager Barb McCullough.

Guests present were Linda Pitt, Eric Baldinger, Cory Spackey, John Rostash, Landyn Hill.
The minutes of the November 18, 2020 meeting was emailed earlier for review as well as the finance report.

Bob Johnston moved with a second by Jeff Reser to approve the minutes, motion passed.
Doug Weisenauer moved with a second by Bob Johnston to approve the financial report, motion passed.
The bills to be paid were discussed. Jeff Reser moved with a second by Tim Ley to pay the bills, motion passed.

The Bank Reconciliation report will be distributed for board member signatures at a later date.
Old Business;

The Whetstone St property is currently under advisement of the court.

The GAAP Report has been filed and is awaiting auditor review.

The Phoenix Project has been delayed by weather but is waiting for asbestos inspections and deed preparation.
New Business;

Election of officers was discussed. Jeff Reser moved with a second by Bob Johnston to retain the same slate of officers for an additional year, motion passed.

The Land Bank Association was discussed with no action taken.

The meeting schedule was discussed with the possibility of quarterly or alternating months or as needed.

Jennifer Kuns moved with a second by Jeff Reser to adjourn, motion passed at 3:40pm.
