June 24, 2020 Meeting Minutes

2020 Chairwoman Cindy Edwards called the meeting to order at 3pm
Present were; Cindy Edwards, Barb McCullough, Jennifer Kuns, Jeff Reser, Landyn Hill, Eric Baldinger, Tim Ley and Doug Weisenauer.
The minutes from the May 27 meeting were distributed for review. Jeff Reser moved with a second by Tim Ley to approve the minutes, motion passed.
The financial report was distributed for review. Doug Weisenauer moved with a second by Jennifer Kuns to approve the financial report, motion passed.
The bills to be paid were discussed. Jeff Reser moved with a second by Doug Weisenauer to pay the bills, motion passed.
The Bank Reconciliation report was distributed for board member signatures.

The manager reported the property on Galen Street continues to be an issue with the next-door neighbor. The City of Bucyrus will need to do a resolution to accept the property.
GT Environmental requested to research the possibility of other abandoned gas stations. The committee decided against the offer unless GT Environmental can guarantee the Land Bank will not assume any financial liability.
GMC Excavating was contacted to touch up some properties that were demoed last year.
The Audit has been completed with no findings.
Jeff Reser was contacted by Operation Hope looking for homes to rehabilitate. There are no homes at this time that would be good candidates.
Jennifer Kuns moved with a second by Tim Ley to adjourn, motion passed at 3:40pm.
